PreciseCRM is the core operational system. It is a secure, web based application that is used to maintain a maximum amount of information about the clients and their products, rates, orders, troubles, comments, billing history and much more.
The system includes a Customer Portal which makes it simple for a customer to view and pay their bill online, request account or service changes, and check status of requests.
Order/Workflow Management
PreciseOrders is the order management system. It is used to track and automate the ordering process. Orders can be accepted electronically or entered manually. Many order processes are automated to provide for “hand free” provisioning. When automation is not possible or errors occur, Provisioners are alerted for intervention.
Customer Billing
PreciseBill is our rating and billing engine. This fast and accurate engine provides client specific, customized invoices for all telecommunications products including: VoIP, Long Distance, Local, Wireless, Data, Internet, Conference Calling, and Cable. The rating engine is very flexible and can support many rating styles as demanded by the industry.
Distribution Channel Support
PreciseChannelSupport is a set of web based tools for internal sales, agents and wholesale customers. The system provides the distribution channel with the tools to perform several tasks including: submitting/viewing orders and trouble tickets; and providing access to operational, revenue, and commission reports.
Reporting
PreciseReports encompasses our reporting module. The system includes several “standard” reports across the various system modules (Billing, Orders, Trouble, Accounting, etc). This system also includes Ad Hoc Reporting capabilities that allow users to define and run their own customized reports.
