Lynch
President
Mr. Lynch is a founding member and Board Member of Thermo Credit, LLC. Prior to joining Thermo Credit, LLC, Mr. Lynch worked 13 years in investment banking for Kidder, Peabody & Co., and PaineWebber, most recently, as a managing director for Bear Stearns. He has worked primarily with industrial and energy companies. He has financed and advised over $15 billion dollars of transactions with industrial growth companies such as Delphi Corporation, Lear Corporation, and Georgia Pacific as well as private equity firms such as Blackstone, KKR, and Vester. Mr. Lynch earned a B.A. degree from Amherst College and received his M.B.A. from Yale University.

Block
Executive Vice-President of External Operations
Mr. Block is a founding member and Board Member of Thermo Credit, LLC. Mr. Block has over 20 years experience in management and development of service based companies. Mr. Block recently spent 5 years starting up and working for Smoke Signal Communications as a Senior Vice-President. His duties included Corporate Development, Regulatory Affairs, and RBOC Relations. At the time Mr. Block left Smoke Signal, it was the largest provider of pre-paid local dial-tone in the country. Mr. Block has spent a considerable amount of time consulting in the Telecom arena, helping companies with everything from regulatory compliance, working with Bell Operating companies, to financial management.
Before Smoke Signal, Mr. Block was a part of a team that started up 2 other large companies. He also spent 5 years as a Senior Level Accounting Manager where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions with Service Corporation International, one of the largest funeral home holding companies in the world. Mr. Block earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Jack V. Eumont, Jr.
Executive Vice-President of Internal Operations
Mr. Eumont is a founding member and Board Member of Thermo Credit, LLC. Mr. Eumont has over 25 years of financial and operational experience across diverse industries. After 12 years of Big-6 public accounting, Mr. Eumont moved on to financial executive roles with a publicly-held health care provider with operations across 12 states. His recent experience encompasses operational roles in start-up companies with significant back-office processes. Mr. Eumont was a founding member of PeopleWorks, Inc., a provider of outsourced human resource services which consisted of payroll administration, employee benefits, human resources, and workers compensation/safety programs. In 5 years, PeopleWorks, Inc.'s revenues grew from a zero base to over $350 million. During that 5 year period, Mr. Eumont transitioned from the CFO role to division operational responsibilities.
Mr. Eumont is a CPA and a graduate of the University of New Orleans.
