Our leadership’s work experience within those industries provided a unique understanding of the challenges faced by these companies every day. The ThermoCredit executive team brings the experience, vision, and resources to help every client move forward. Our leadership has made ThermoCredit the lender of choice for hundreds of companies.

James Lynch
​President
Mr. Lynch is a founder and board member of ThermoCredit, LLC. Prior to starting ThermoCredit, James was in management with the preeminent banking houses of Kidder, Peabody & Co., PaineWebber, and, Bear Stearns. He has vast experience in the industrial and energy verticals. He has financed and advised over $15 billion dollars of transactions with Aptiv (formerly Delphi Corporation), Lear, and Georgia Pacific. In addition, James has managed and brokered financing through Tier 1 private equity firms such as Blackstone, KKR, and Vester. James earned his BA from Amherst College and received his MBA from Yale University.
Seth Block
Executive Vice-President
Mr. Block is a founder and board member of ThermoCredit, LLC. Seth has been working with the management and development of service-based companies for more than 30 years. In his time with ThermoCredit, Seth has coordinated the funding for hundreds of companies in the Communications and Technology verticals. Prior to starting ThermoCredit, Seth was a cofounder at Smoke Signal Communications, one of the largest pre-paid CLEC’s in the US. At Smoke Signal, Seth was CFO for two years and Senior Vice-President for 5 years. Seth’s areas of expertise are corporate development, consulting, regulatory affairs, provider relations, start-ups, and delivering funding solutions for hard-to-finance companies. Seth holds a degree in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Seth is a member in good standing with FENG (The Financial Executives Networking Group) and ACG (The Association for Corporate Growth).
Kris Scairono
Vice-President
Mr. Scairono joined ThermoCredit, LLC in 2005 and serves as the Vice President of Internal Operations. Mr. Scairono manages the Collateral Analyst staff, serves as the company Controller, and works extensively in the credit underwriting / due diligence process. Prior to joining ThermoCredit, Kris worked in internal audit and commercial finance with Capital One. Kris holds a BS from Louisiana State University and received his MBA from the University of New Orleans. Kris is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
